[Pokémon MVGS] Cultural Exchange - Chapter 2: icebreaker

Summary: Winter in Sinnoh does not agree much with Hoennian natives who suffer through it only for the sake of furthering their education. It's grueling, and freezing, and there is little comfort to be found. Maybe this year could be different, though – and maybe that difference could take the shape of a stranger from yet another region whose odd demeanor is strangely captivating... Chapter Summary: A friendship keeps on blooming, despite some unexpected cultural differences. Maybe something else starts blooming, too, not that Birch will acknowledge it.
Notes: Full disclosure: there hasn't actually been much progress on this fic, alas, although I have been looking at it again, so maybe there is hope for a full 2026 release... In the meantime, I decided to publish chapter 2! Still no actually explicit content, though it is getting a little hornier out there.
