He glances at the corner, where his colleagues from the "Marketing Department" are on all fours on the bland corporate carpet, staring down at their computers like they're cattle looking to graze, and tries to smile back.
"Good luck with, uh... your work," he says, and narrowly dodges another one of the HR girls' attacks – he'll have to run to the elevator before they can catch up to him and do whatever it is they do with those giant mouths of theirs; he's in no hurry to find out.
