Lysandre is only most of the way back up from the depths that submitting to his professor sends him to, and fairly certain that they've already discussed the topic extensively, but he still manages to mumble, "Like being your pet and nothing else."
"You are a very, very good pet," Augustine says with a smile like sunshine, and Lysandre thinks that maybe he deserves to stay under a little longer, just to bask in the feeling of being loved so easily.
